3. All rates are confidential and should not be published or disclosed to a third party for any reason.
4. The Net Rates above can not be published online or through the internet.
*) Online rates can be published with a maximum 20% lower than the published rate.
B. FORCE MAJEURE
Bali Bird Park shall not hold liable or responsible for failure to execute arrangements specified herein
directly or indirectly that occurred through or in consequence of natural disasters, war, strikes, riots,
and acts of God or conditions beyond the control of Bali Bird Park.
C. CANCELATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY
1. Free Independent Travelers (FIT)
- Cancellation for tickets reservations under 10 people (including adults and children): No
cancelation Fee;
- Cancellation of ticket and meal reservation with 3 days notice before arrival date: 50%
cancellation fee will be charged;
- Cancellation of ticket and meal reservation with less than 3 days notice before arrival date:
100% cancellation fee will be charged;
2. Group Inclusive Tours (GIT)
- Cancellation for tickets reservation with 3 days notice before arrival date: No cancelation Fee;
- Cancellation for tickets reservation with less than 3 days notice before arrival date: 25%
cancellation fee will be charged;
- Cancellation of ticket and meal reservations with 7 days notice before arrival date: 25%
cancellation fee will be charged;
- Cancellation of ticket and meal reservations with 3 days notice before arrival date: 50%
cancellation fee will be charged;
- Cancellation of ticket and meal reservations with less than 3 days notice before arrival date:
100% cancellation fee will be charged.
Cancellation fees as referred to in the paragraph above shall be notified in written no later than 3 days
from the date of arrival of the second Party guest
Cancellation fees should be paid no later than 2 days after the cancellation notification.
